What is your Warranty on ChillSacks? 
We are so confident in our product and the quality of the materials that we offer a 3-Year warranty on all of our ChillSacks. Our Sacks will stay fluffed for life and will never go flat. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects for the cover and sack. If anything goes wrong with your sack please contact us and let us know. We will replace the sack with a new one. Our sacks never go flat or leak, ever.

What is the difference between you and the Competition? 
There are a lot of competitors out there on the web. If you are looking at purchasing a Poof Chair, Foof Chair, Siesta Sak, or even a Utter Comfort Bag, think about this first: We have a special patented method of making and shredding the foam that fills the sack. It creates a very fluffy and comfortable sack. Because of this patented method, we are the number one product for comfortable and durable furniture and we can't be duplicated.

Do you sell your covers separately? 
Our ChillSack covers are durable and very soft. They will add to any bean bag or foam filled sack, but we recommend buying a complete ChillSack because of the perfect fit. We do sell the covers separately. If you would like to purchase a cover separately please view our "covers only" for prices and shipping info.

What is your return policy? 
We know you will be completely satisfied with your ChillSack. If for any reason you would like to return your ChillSack or maybe exchange for another size just let us know. Any defective product can be returned for full refund minus shipping costs. Please contact us within 30 days with any problems or concerns with your ChillSack We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and product will be replaced or refunded depending on the situation. We have high customer service standards, so if you are unhappy in any way please contact us with your concern.

Return shipping arrangements are the customer's responsibility.

How long does it take to ship? 
We ship the product out within 2 days. We ship using Fedex Ground which generally takes 2-5 days depending on your location. In some cases it takes less time. We can send you the tracking number so you can find out when it will be delivered. We get them out to you as soon as we can because we know your excited to get your ChillSack.

Do you give discount for multiple orders or return customers? 
ChillSacks.com customers are loyal customers because once you purchase a ChillSack you won't settle for anything less. We honor our return customers and customers that order more that two Chillsacks by giving a discount. Please contact us for discount codes for return customers or discounts on multiple orders.

Where are you located for local pick-up? 
We are located in Las Vegas, NV. You can call and schedule a time to pick one up for no charge, or if you would like we can deliver as well.

Do you have any offline stores? 
We don't have physical retails stores.   Our model of selling online only allows us to bring you incredible pricing.
